Staff Training Matrix UK is a free business planning tool operated by ES ELEMENTS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, number OC457704, at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
The service is intended for UK hospitality owners and managers. It helps organise training topics around role totals and the responsibilities you enter.
How to use the results
Review every suggestion against the actual work, risks, people, premises and UK nation of your business. The matrix does not verify competence, validate certificates, identify all workplace hazards, or assess food, allergen, fire, health and safety or licensing arrangements.
“Recommended”, “Relevant” and “Consider” are product guidance labels. “Not currently indicated” means the answers have not highlighted a topic; it does not mean that no action is needed. Consult a competent adviser or the appropriate authority where further assessment is needed.
No supplier sales or approvals
Course purchasing, payments, enrolment, certificates and automatic reminders are not available in this version. There is no confirmed reseller or API agreement with a training supplier. We do not represent the tool as endorsed, approved or certified by a regulator or training provider.
A quote request is an enquiry, not a purchase, commitment to buy or guarantee that a particular course or price is available. Any future offer will identify the provider, product and applicable terms separately.
Your information and acceptable use
Provide accurate business information and role totals. Do not enter individual employees’ names or sensitive HR information. Do not try to disrupt the service, bypass access controls or submit unauthorised contact details. See our Privacy policy for how information is handled.
Availability and limitations
We aim to keep the checker useful and accurate, but may change, pause or withdraw parts of this early service. Save or print any results you need. It is not a substitute for your own training records or professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. No statement on this page removes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
